BBC Engineering Division

Engineers made it possible for the BBC to come into existence in 1922 and Engineering Division was a major part of the BBC until 1995 when it became Technical Resources, a part of BBC Resources.  Happily, Engineering Division was established once again two decades later!

Inevitably there were many organisational changes between 1992 and 1995, but the areas of activity remained broadly as shown on the Home page and further details can be seen by clicking on the area of interest.
