Designs Department >>>>> Design Group
As a result of "Priorities for the Future", a review in 1986 dubbed "Black Spot", Designs Department was significantly reduced in size and renamed Design Group. It remained a vibrant organisation and merged with Equipment Department to form D&ED, relocating in April 1988 to Avenue House.
